Is your child showing signs of anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or growing disconnection?
Many parents reach out when they notice patterns that are not improving on their own. Your child does not need to be in crisis to benefit from counseling.
• School refusal, worry, or fear around daily routines
• Social anxiety, perfectionism, or low confidence
• Crying before school or shutting down under pressure
• Mood swings, emotional conflict, or sudden withdrawal
• Friendship struggles, identity concerns, or low self-esteem
• Growing distance between parent and child
• Everything turning into a fight at home
• A child who seems overwhelmed, stuck, or hard to reach
When these patterns start affecting home life, school, friendships, or your child’s confidence, it may be time to get support.
