Is your child showing signs of anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or growing disconnection?

Many parents reach out when they notice patterns that are not improving on their own. Your child does not need to be in crisis to benefit from counseling.

Balance, Coordination, Fun Environment

• School refusal, worry, or fear around daily routines
• Social anxiety, perfectionism, or low confidence
• Crying before school or shutting down under pressure
• Mood swings, emotional conflict, or sudden withdrawal
• Friendship struggles, identity concerns, or low self-esteem
• Growing distance between parent and child
• Everything turning into a fight at home
• A child who seems overwhelmed, stuck, or hard to reach

When these patterns start affecting home life, school, friendships, or your child’s confidence, it may be time to get support.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I know if my child needs counselling?

A: If your child’s anxiety, emotional stress, school struggles, or confidence challenges are affecting daily life at home, school, or with peers, counselling may help.

Q: Is this only for children in crisis?

A: No. Many families reach out before things become more serious because they want support, tools, and a plan early on.

Q: Do parents get support too?

A: Yes. Parent coaching is an important part of this process so families know how to support progress between sessions.

Q: What happens after the first 12 weeks? A: After the initial 12-week program, ongoing sessions are determined by your child’s needs, progress, and the most helpful next step for your family.
